This session goes straight into technical work. There's no warm-up included, so come having already warmed up if that's part of your routine.
A recent recording is optional but helpful if you have one. A phone video is fine, some sessions work just as well live, especially if you're checking your execution of a specific exercise.
There's no expectation of ongoing lessons. This session stands on its own.
