IN PERSON LESSONS WHEN ALLOWED DURING COVID 19
Studio procedures for in person lessons (COVID19)

Sign in with the QR code or on the sheet provided

Use the hand sanitiser - available at the door

Social distancing 2 - 4 meters apart (further for singing)

Microphones are sterilised after each use

Face away from each other when singing, not directly in front

Only 1 person in the studio at a time. Parent to wait outside

Windows and door will be open with the fan gently blowing toward the outside.

Please bring your own water bottle

If showing signs of illness, please organise and online lesson instead

Students will be temperature checked. Temperature above 37 degrees will need to leave and get Covid tested immediately.
Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required to cancel a lesson without charge.

If possible reschedule a lesson to another day during the week.
Sick or showing any sign of illness on the morning of your lesson?

Notify Dot via text by 9 am or asap.

Have an online lesson. There are plenty other things to do e.g. song selection, theory, vocal anatomy

Don't sing if you have a sore throat
Payment Policy

Weekly lessons may be paid weekly, 5 weekly or per School Term. See bulk payment plan.

Invoices are not provided unless requested.

Please allow 2 days for direct deposits to land into my account.

Fees paid in advance are non-refundable.

Payment of fees is considered an agreement to continue lessons for the term, month or week.

Punctuality
-
Lessons begin at the appointed time.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your lesson time or be ready 5 minutes before your Zoom lesson.

Please do not arrive too early, as there is no indoor waiting area apart from the studio.

Students arriving late may not have their lesson time extended.
Teaching period
-
Lessons are conducted during the Victorian school terms.

There are no lessons on Public Holidays (unless advised)
