Studio policy
Everything you need to know about lessons, cancellations, payments, and scheduling.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Lesson time is reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge. Lessons cancelled within 24 hours, or missed without notice, incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
If you are unwell or unable to attend in person, please notify me as soon as possible. Where practical, lessons may be converted to an online session with at least 1 hour's notice. Online sessions cover exercises, technique, repertoire, and vocal training equivalent to studio lessons. If you have a sore throat, avoid singing to prevent strain.

Payment
Payment is due on the day of the lesson for in-person sessions, or in advance for online lessons. Invoices are available on request. Please allow 2 business days for direct deposits to process.
Missed payments will result in suspension of future lessons until cleared.
Punctuality
Lessons begin at the scheduled time. Please arrive 5 minutes early to prepare. For online lessons, be ready and connected 5 minutes before your start time.
There is no waiting area inside the studio, so please avoid arriving too early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson.
Teaching period
Lessons are held during Victorian school terms. No lessons are scheduled during Victorian school holidays or public holidays unless advised.
